This course is designed at an Intermediate Level to support experienced clinicians.
The Psychedelic Integration Specialist Certificate is designed to help clinicians work confidently, ethically, and within the scope when supporting psychedelic-adjacent clients. At the end of the course, participants should be able to do the following:
Describe the core principles of psychedelic harm reduction and integration.
Identify psychological, medical, and contextual risk factors relevant to psychedelic experiences.
Apply trauma-informed frameworks and somatic interventions to psychedelic integration sessions.
Differentiate dissociation, ego dissolution, spiritual emergence, and psychiatric crises.
Analyze ethical issues related to scope of practice, informed consent, and power dynamics.
Utilize evidence-based models and tools to facilitate meaning-making and integration.
Evaluate cultural humility considerations within psychedelic-informed care.
Implement individual and group integration methodologies within clinical boundaries.
